One of Savoy's most captivating Cremants. Sukhwan Ha's Chant des Flocons captivates from the first sip with its crystalline energy, ultra-fine perlage, and extraordinary mineral freshness. Made from Jacquère and Altesse grapes, it expresses all the purity of the Alpine terroirs of Chignin and Torméry. On the nose, it releases aromas of citrus, white flowers, and fresh peach, accompanied by delicate nuances of brioche from the lees aging. Gaz de Schistes by Domaine Durrman is an aromatic pet nat with citrus scents and a vibrant acidity. The name derives from the schist slopes from which the grapes come. The Pinot Blanc is macerated for three weeks before being blended with Pinot Gris and Riesling, which continue fermentation together before finishing fermentation in the bottle. Lively and spirited, it amuses with every sip.
