Daniele Piccinin's Larion is a fresh wine with an irresistible sip composed of Chardonnay and Durella which come from the vineyards of Ceng iel le, Ceng iel le alte, Pollini bassa, and Verzini. The vinification takes place with maceration on the skins for the Chardonnay, while the Durella is pressed directly. Subsequently, the Durella ages in wood while the Chardonnay remains in steel on the suspended lees all the time. It is a wine that presents a notable richness of aromas ranging from ripe fruit to floral nuances, from dried fruit to spicy notes. The Greco di Tufo Miniere is a white wine obtained from the grapes of the same name from a vineyard located on a clayey-calcareous soil close to the vent holes of the ancient sulfur mines. Aging in steel for 3-4 months and in bottle for 2-3 months. The nose expresses a disproportionate mineral tension and hints of white-fleshed fruit. In the mouth it is vertical, with the freshness and flavor to dictate the speed of drinking, very satisfying, and the alcohol in balance with the acidity. Roas is a Valpolicella red wine made from the Bure vineyard, one of the region's most suitable areas.
