Erre is a red wine produced with Aglianico grapes that come from vineyards with an average age of 50 years in the vineyards. it has a deep ruby red color. The nose is red fruit such as black cherry and raspberry followed by hints of licorice and sweet spices. In the mouth it is warm and structured, soft, balanced and characterized by a soft and punctual tannic texture. A tasty taste, which ends with a finish of excellent persistence.

Casa Caterina's Aspirant is a rosé wine made from pure red grapes. The grapes come from vineyards located on a clayey-calcareous subsoil. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts only and then refinement in wood and steel for 12 months. As for the other wines of Casa Caterina, the Aspirant is not filtered or clarified, but it can have a natural deposit in the bottle. A wine that will give you a wide nose with aromas of red berried fruits, spicy touches of black pepper and tobacco. On the palate it is fine and elegant, fresh with good flavor.

Franco Terpin's IlLegal is a wine macerated on the skins made with "I don't know" grapes that come from an unknown vineyard. The "Ghiaretolo" of Santa Caterina is a red wine with good structure, fruity and enveloping obtained from Merlot grapes. After fermentation in steel tanks, the wine matures for about a year in old 350-liter tonneaux, before being bottled. On the nose aromas of red fruit, small berries and woody notes. On the palate it has body and structure, with fine tannins, and a pleasant freshness. The finish is persistent.t.

O... is an orange wine obtained from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon. Maceration in contact with the skins for 3/4 months. The aging continues in 25/35 hl oak barrels for about 40 months. No clarification or filtration or use of sulfur dioxide throughout the winemaking process. Oslavje is a wine with a slightly coppery golden color. The nose is complex, persistent, with hints of fruit, in particular apple and dried fruit. On the palate it has a broad, mineral taste and at the same time slightly tannic and elegant.
