"Sivi Pinot" is a fresh wine, characterized by a great drinkability and a beautiful structure. It is golden yellow in color. The nose is complex with sweet hints of almond paste, brackish notes, and yellow fruit and dried fruit jam. The tasting is marked by a great balance and good freshness. Indi is a coplex and fascinating orange wine that comes from a blend of Ribolla, Friulano, and Chardonnay, with a small balance of Riesling. It is presented in an orange-yellow glass. The nose offers intense, rich and complex aromas of candied fruit, with hints of ginger. On the palate it is broad, warm and persistent, slightly sapid, slightly tannic, elegant and mineral. It closes very long.

Janko Stekar's Rebula Prilo is a long-macerated white wine on the skins obtained from the grapes of the same name. Aging for 6 years in acacia barrels. On the nose aromas of caramelized orange peel, notes of amber and ginger, tobacco leaves and aromatic herbs. At the sip it has an excellent acidity and salinity, with a present tannin and a good softness on the finish.

Stekar's Merlot is a red wine obtained from the homonymous grapes that come from the Slovenian Collio. Refine for about a year in steel tanks. It is not filtered before being bottled. On the nose, notes of red fruit are perceived, in particular cherry, followed by mineral and vegetable hints. On the palate the sip is warm, soft and dry, with a good acidic shoulder. Excellent finish, ruby red color.

Mali is a wine made from Merlot grapes obtained with the method of refermentation in the bottle. The grapes come from vineyards located in the beautiful hills of Slovenian Brda and raised by Janko Stekar in a biodynamic regime. The fermentation is spontaneous in steel tanks with a very short maceration on the skins in order not to make the sip too heavy. Drinkable, fresh wine, with aromas of red fruit. On the palate it is balanced and fresh, with good persistence, supported by a bewitching acidity and excellent minerality.

The Modri + Sivi Pinot by Aci Urbajs is a rich and elegant macerated wine obtained from a blend of Pinot nero and grigio. It then ages in old Slovenian oak barrels for 12 months before bottling without clarification, filtration or addition of SO2. Only 300 bottles produced.

Pinot Grigio from Slavcek is an intense and structured wine macerated on the skins obtained from the grapes of the same name. Aging in barriques for 24 months in contact with the fine lees. Copper-colored, the nose opens on intense hints of ripe yellow pulp fruit, with a nice mineral and herbaceous hint. In the mouth, the sip is large and full-bodied, with a nice acid and sapid vein. Harmonious and persistent finish.

Pinot Draga is an intense orange, obtained from pure Pinot Grigio grapes. A production of only 1600 bottles, each therefore rare and precious.
