Ombretta Mosso Rosato is a sparkling wine obtained with the use of both briefly macerated white grapes and directly pressed red grapes. After the first fermentation, the wine rests for the whole winter in a cool place in old wooden barrels. With the arrival of spring and the rise in temperature, the second spontaneous fermentation in the bottle begins. A wine characterized by a pleasant and slender drink, with aromas that refer to ripe red fruits and floral notes.

The Bourgogne Pinot Noir De l'Aube a l'Aube by Domaine Maryse Chatelain is a wine that on the nose offers aromas of red fruits followed by spicy and earthy notes. Vinification with spontaneous fermentation carried out in barrique with 10 days of maceration and a subsequent refinement of 18 months in new 600 liter barrels. Nù Litr Rosato is a fragrant and fluid wine that comes from Negroamaro grapes and is part of the Calcarius Project, born from an idea of Valentina Passalacqua. The grapes come from young vineyards located within the Gargano National Park on white limestone rocky soil, and bred with biodynamic methods. Spontaneous fermentation with maceration on the skins for a few hours in open vats with manual hat breaking. Unfiltered and clarified wine with winter decanting in steel containers. The Nù Litr rosa is a wine with low alcohol content and which has a coral pink color. The nose is expressed, in particular, with hints of cranberries and pomegranate. On the palate it is fresh and sapid; closes with floral references.

Tropicale is a compulsive drinking wine made from white grapes. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in fiberglass tanks for 8 months on the fine lees. The Bianco Damigiana is produced with Trebbiano d'Abruzzo grapes coming from the vineyard "La Salita" located in Loreto Aprutino and managed according to the ancient agricultural tradition by refusing any kind of chemical on the ground and on plants. The wine ages in carboys of 54 liters for the winter undergoing two rackings in the waning moon. It is bottled in the traditional way in early March to allow the malolactic fermentation in the bottle in order to imprison in the glass all the hallmarks of the territory. Bianco Damigiana has golden color, the nose stand out fruity aromas and yellow flowers. The taste is fresh, fruity, enveloping with a good ending.

EHey! by Amos Baneres is a white wine obtained from a blend of Macabeo and Xarel-lo. In the cellar the Macabeo is pressed directly while the Xarel-lo is destemmed and macerated for 10 days on the skins. Fermentation takes place spontaneously in steel with indigenous yeasts and subsequently the wine ages for 12 months with the Xarel-lo in wooden barrels and the Macabeo in steel.
