The name Losna in the Carpeneto dialect means 'the flash of lightning'. Principiano's Dolcetto d'Alba is a red wine that gives the nose hints of fresh fruit such as squeezed blueberry, cherry, small red fruits and a spicy finish. On the palate, present tannin and good body, balanced and persistent. With hints of blueberry and a spicy finish. Tannin present and full-bodied, balanced and persistent. Two weeks of maceration on the skins. Aging for ten months in steel tanks and subsequently in the bottle.

Nibjo is a red wine made from red grapes that come from vineyards worked in biodynamics. The grapes are harvested manually in small boxes. Alcoholic fermentation occurs spontaneously in oak barrels with a brief maceration on the skins. Refine on fine lees for 12 months in the same barrels. Nibjo has an intense ruby red color. The nose is vinous and floral, with fresh hints of red fruit. In the mouth it is elegant and sapid, with a long finish.
