Znéstra di Crocizia is a sparkling wine based on Malvasia di Candia which is naturally refermented in the bottle.  It ages for a few months in steel, then in the bottle with subsequent natural refermentation activated by the residual yeasts. Znéstra has hints of citrus, orange and lemon on the nose, followed by notes of peach and hints of bread crust. On the palate it is juicy, slightly aromatic with a light tannin. An absolutely thirst-quenching and drinkable wine.

Region: Emilia Romagna.

Grape variety: Malvasia of Candia.

Alcohol content: 12.5%.

Aging:  Natural fermentation in the bottle.

Papillon by Jacopo Stigliano is a sparkling wine that comes from a combination of three different varieties of white grapes with the method of refermentation in the bottle. It gives a fragrant, very fine and pleasantly articulated sip.

Grapes: Blend of local white grapes.

Alcohol content: 11%.

Aging: Refermentation in the bottle.

Frisant Rosso del Farneto is a juicy and crunchy sparkling wine obtained from Lambrusco Grasparossa grapes with the method of refermentation in the bottle.

The "Stiolorosso" is an intense and persuasive sparkling red wine, creamy on the palate, which is born from the assembly of local red grapes. Only a few thousand bottles are produced. After the second fermentation in the bottle, it is left in contact with the fine lees without filtration. It comes in the glass with abundant foam, an intense taste and a long finish. Its delicate bubbles leave a pleasant sensation of freshness and flavor in the mouth. The nose expresses floral notes of rose and violet, fruity aromas of black cherry and wild berries, as well as hints of pomegranate.

Alcohol content: 12,5%.
