Bifaro Bianco is a wine macerated on the skins, of great expressiveness and taste-olfactory richness. Obtained from Mantonico and Malvasia grapes, coming from a vineyard at 400 meters. The fermentation is spontaneous with maceration on the skins for 1 day, to then finish its refinement in steel. The nose offers notes of bergamot, Mediterranean herbs and wild flowers. On the palate it is agile, direct and highly drinkable.

Bifaro Rosso is a wine made up of Magliocco, Guarnaccia Nera, Greco Nero, Malvasia Bianca, coming from an old vineyard planted in 1960. Greko is undoubtedly the most intriguing wine of Menat, born as a challenge to interpret Greco, a native vine with a phenolic maturation difficult to enhance in purity. Aging for 6 months on the skins in the classic Georgian Kvevri. Exotic nose with hints of grapes, tea, citrus fruits and spices. Mouth with an agile polyphenolic structure, almost ethereal, savory, to be swallowed and drunk more than to taste.

"Sempre In Due" by Fra I Monti is a white wine aged in amphorae produced from white grapes. The grapes come from a small vineyard of only one hectare with a very low yield, which grows on clayey and loamy soils. The grapes are harvested at the end of September, and in the cellar after destemming are fermented spontaneously in open vats with maceration on the skins for 6 days. After the racking the fermentation in amphora ends without temperature control. The wine is then aged on the lees for 8 months in amphorae. Sempre In Due is a wine with fresh and fruity aromas, with a beautiful body, soft, fresh and sapid. Long enough finish.

Erre is a red wine produced with Aglianico grapes that come from vineyards with an average age of 50 years in the vineyards. it has a deep ruby red color. The nose is red fruit such as black cherry and raspberry followed by hints of licorice and sweet spices. In the mouth it is warm and structured, soft, balanced and characterized by a soft and punctual tannic texture. A tasty taste, which ends with a finish of excellent persistence.

Munjebel Bianco is obtained from a blend of golden greens, carving and fox code from vineyards that grow on foot freely on the slopes of Etna at an altitude of 1000 meters. The fermentation is spontaneous with only indigenous yeasts, as in the Cornellissen style, and remains in contact with the skins for 5 days. Refinement in 1500 liter containers. Unfiltered before bottling therefore may have natural sediments. Munjebel Bianco has intense straw yellow color. The nose bouquet complex with fruit, herbs and mineral notes. The "Susucaru" Rossato is a wine obtained from a blend of Malvasia, Moscato Nero, Inzolia, Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio grapes that come from various vineyards scattered on the nerdy side of Etna with an average age of 50 years. Refine a few months in fiberglass tanks. It has a cherry pink color with aromas of red fruit, notes of spices and minerals. On the palate it is dry, juicy and easy to drink. A straightforward and immediate wine to drink by the liter.
