Nikolas Juretic’s Belo is a blend of indigenous white grapes from Cormòns vineyards rooted in *Ponca*—a soil rich in sandstone, marl, and limestone. Born from a vintage marked by a hailstorm on July 26, 2024, Belo brings together grapes originally destined for Waldo, creating a cuvée of great authenticity. It undergoes brief skin maceration and ages for approximately 11 months in a mix of concrete tanks and large oak barrels. Bottled without fining or filtration, with minimal added sulfites. A fresh, vertical, and savory wine with a mineral finish. An essential, honest white wine produced in limited quantities.

Dimitri Cacovich's Vitovska is an excellent expression of this white grape variety, grown mainly in Friuli Venezia Giulia, on the border between Italy and Slovenia. On the palate, it stands out for a full and enveloping sip, characterized by intense notes of yellow fruit that also emerge on the nose. These aromas are harmoniously balanced by a delicate mineral vein and a pleasant acidity, which give the wine great freshness.
