Sassaia is a fragrant and savory white wine produced from a blend of Garganega and Trebbiano grapes. Aging for 10 months in oak barrels. Intense straw yellow color. On the nose aromas of yellow pulp fruit, including peach, mineral notes, and toasted undertones. On the palate it is deep, warm, enveloping, with a beautiful freshness and long persistence. Amarone di Monte dall'Ora is a powerful and complex red wine obtained from a blend of Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella that come from 50-year old vines still cultivated with the "married vine" system. The refinement takes place in tonneaux of 5 hl of French oak for 4 years and in bottle for 12 months. The nose recalls dried grapes, with hints of cherry, plum and undergrowth, then closing with integral and refined aromas of pepper, spices and balsamic hints. In the mouth it is enveloping , dense and complex, with a very long persistence.

The Agricolo Ancestrale is the result of Maurizio and Fabiola's passion for their little house in the mountains at 420 meters in the middle of the Belluno woods, in an atmosphere of nature, biodiversity and transparency. Casera Frontin is composed of a blend of local white grapes grown on soil with the presence of rock and clay bottom, spontaneous fermentation of the grapes and maceration with their skins for 3 weeks and then refinement in terracotta amphorae. Antolini's Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore is a red wine scented with red fruits, and which is fresh, savory on the palate, with velvety and enveloping tannins. Obtained from Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella grapes, Ripasso is a bridge between the young Valpolicella and the "adults" Amarone and Recioto because it is produced by refermenting the vintage wine for 5/7 days on the pomace of the dried Amarone and Recioto grapes . Daniele Piccinin's Larion is a fresh wine with an irresistible sip composed of Chardonnay and Durella which come from the vineyards of Ceng iel le, Ceng iel le alte, Pollini bassa, and Verzini. The vinification takes place with maceration on the skins for the Chardonnay, while the Durella is pressed directly. Subsequently, the Durella ages in wood while the Chardonnay remains in steel on the suspended lees all the time. It is a wine that presents a notable richness of aromas ranging from ripe fruit to floral nuances, from dried fruit to spicy notes. At the sip there is a marked flavor, excellent acidity given by Durella, and good structure and minerality.
