Di Gino Bianco by Fattoria San Lorenzo is a white wine obtained from Verdicchio grapes. Fermentation is spontaneous for 30 days in cement tanks. Aging in the same tanks for 6 months on the yeasts. It is the simplest of the Verdicchi di Fattoria San Lorenzo but offers incredible drinkability. The color is straw yellow with a floral nose on a citrus-saline note. In the mouth it is fresh and balanced. It goes down and you don't notice.

The refinement is 20 months in used barriques and 4 in the bottle. Only 6000 bottles produced for this wine of excellent value for money. It has a deep ruby red color. The nose reveals notes of licorice root, cocoa and red fruit. In the mouth it is sumptuous with smooth tannins, balanced.
