Rossounito is a wine made from different grapes from different producers, Aurora, La Viranda and A 'Vita. The grapes are spontaneously vinified in concrete tanks and aged in wooden barrels. Two years after its aging, the wine of the Valli Unite company joins. A wine that on the nose gives aromas of red fruit, rose, violet and delicate spices. In the mouth it is full-bodied, with good harmony between softness and hardness. A very pleasant wine.

By The Glass is a modern Riesling, simple and captivating to be enjoyed on any occasion. The Trocken diction indicates that we are dealing with a wine with a dry taste, with no more than 9gr / l of sugar. Vinification and aging in steel tanks. On the nose the bouquet is fine and fruity, with hints of peach and apricot, in the background mineral notes. In the mouth it is fine, with excellent freshness and slight sapidity, with a good persistent finish.

The Metodo interrotto Brut Nature Rosè by Furlani is obtained using a bledn of red and white grapes that come from old vineyards that grow on soils of calcareous origin. Spontaneous fermentation for the formation of the base wine and re-fermentation in the bottle where it remains to refine on the lees for two years. It is not opened or dosed and without the addition of sulfur dioxide before being put on the market. It has a slightly turbid pink color with lively bubbles. Classic aromas of bread crust, flowers and light mineral notes on the nose. In the mouth great drinkability, pleasantness and all the experience of the yeasts that enhances the mineral strength of the alpine place.

"Giocheremo con i Fiori" by Torre dei Beati is a fresh, medium-bodied wine made from Pecorino grapes. Presents A straw yellow color with light golden reflections. The Naturale Frizzante Sui Lieviti is a light and very lively wine produced with natural refermentation in the bottle. Deep yellow color, subtle and persistent perlage. On the nose floral and fruity scents, flanked by notes of citrus fruits, yeast and bread crust. In the mouth it is lively, with a good body, perfectly balanced by a good acidity. Alpino Macerato by Furlani is a sparkling wine obtained from a blend of local aromatic white grapes that come from pergola-grown vineyards. The grapes are harvested in late September and fermented spontaneously. The base wine is fermented in the bottle with the addition of indigenous yeasts only. Sulfur dioxide is not added and the lunar cycles for decanting are followed. It is not filtered. A sparkling wine with aromas of ripe fruit and alpine herbs on the nose. On the palate it is noted for its great freshness, drinkability and enjoyability.

The "Macerato" sparkling wine from Cantina Furlani is produced using white grapes. The vinification is carried out spontaneously without added yeasts and without temperature control, with a short maceration. For decanting the lunar cycles are followed. The refermentation in the bottle takes place with indigenous yeasts and the wine is clarified with the only use of winter cold. It is not filtered. Zero sulfur dioxide added. "Macerato" sparkling wine has a beautiful pink color. Fruity aromas with spicy notes on the nose. In the mouth, its freshness and great drinkability stand out.

Rosso Cancelli by Rabasco is a wine characterized by a slender and juicy sip produced with red grapes that come from a 40-year-old vineyard located in the Cancelli district. Aging in steel. A splendid Chianti obtained from Sangiovese grapes plus other local vines, such as Colorino del Valdarno, Canaiolo, and Ciliegiolo. The vinification is spontaneous and absolutely traditional, with a fermentation that lasts 8-10 days in steel tanks. It refines in the same tanks and is bottled in the September following the harvest. On the nose the aromas are intense with hints of violets and cherries. On the palate it is warm, dry, fresh, and slightly tannic. It is a "traditional" Chianti to be appreciated in youth, and savored with the cuisine every day
