Andrea Pilar's Syrah is a red wine with dark but sweet tones like a summer night, ready to captivate to give freedom. Spontaneous fermentation in steel containers and maceration for no more than 10 days; malolactic fermentation carried out in large truncated cone French oak barrels of various passages (almost exhausted) mixing the noble lees. “Oran-go” of Santa Colomba is not one of those caricatured “orange wines”, with a troubled and impertinent hand, which show a desire for showiness but lack of formal expertise. The "Litrotto Rosso" together with its brother "Litrotto Bianco" are the simplest and most immediate wines of L'Archetipo. The name is inspired by the particular one liter size. Il Mille is a red wine obtained from a blend of Pallagrello Nero, Aglianico e Piedirosso. The grapes come from biodynamic vineyards that are located on volcanic soils. The vinification is spontaneous with only indigenous yeasts and the refinement takes place in concrete tanks. It does not undergo either clarification or filtration before being bottled. Il Mille has an intense ruby red color. The nose gives us intense aromas of pink fruit with notes of blackberry and floral and spicy touches. On the palate it is of medium intensity, soft with nice freshness and good persistence.

Posca was a thirst-quenching drink from ancient Rome. The name wants to recall only the daily life of this wine and not its ancient composition.
