Mea by Matic Wines is a wine refermented using the ancestral method 100% Furmint, a variety locally known as Šipon, is native to the area of the Slovenian part of Styria. The grapes, harvested by hand and selected, are destemmed. The must rests for 48 hours in contact with the skins, after pressing, fermentation takes place in steel tanks. The bottling takes place by gravity. A wine that offers a fragrant, mineral and pleasantly articulated sip. Sketta by Cantina Marilina is a white wine obtained from grapes of Grecanico in purity with the ancestral method. Igiea by Tenuta Grillo is a wine with character and personality made from red grapes. During the harvest, the selection of the grapes is obsessive, while in the cellar the fermentation is spontaneous with very long macerations of 40-60 days on the skins, in order to extract all the tannin necessary for aging. Refine 30 months in large barrels, then long rest in the bottle, without filtration or clarification.
