It undergoes an 8-day maceration on the skins and is aged first in glass-lined concrete tanks and then in large wooden casks. Fresh, juicy, and dynamic, with aromas of cherry, violet, earth, and aromatic herbs, and fine tannins. An elegant, authentic red wine that is incredibly drinkable.

Lautazio is a red wine made from Ciliegiolo grapes that ages in glass-cement containers for the whole winter and undergoes the first racking with the waning February moon. The Forestiero di Collecapretta is a powerful and elegant red wine that comes from pure Sagrantino grapes. A handful of bunches that are harvested by hand and spontaneously vinified in open vats with maceration on the skins for 6 days. It refines in fiberglass and is bottled with the waning moon without filtering and adding sulfur. A wine where floral, fruity notes of truffle herbs, cocoa and oriental spices emerge on the nose. On the palate the tannins are very fine. Very elegant wine!

The Merlo Nero di Collecapretta is a wine that is produced from Merlot grapes. Fermentation in open vats with its own yeasts for 6 days and refinement in fiberglass for 8 months. Aromas of blackberry and sweet spices on the nose and notes of humus, wet earth and dry leaves. In the mouth it is rich and fat but the tannic presence and acidity preserve elegance and poise. The finish is of coffee and currants.
