Thero by Aurete is an excellent white wine from a blend of local white grapes that grow on clayey-clay soils. Spontaneous fermentation in amphora with maceration on the skins for 45 days. Aging on fine lees for 5 months in Artenova amphora. To be enjoyed in friendship and lightheartedness.

A warm, radiant rosé with real character, crafted from a blend of red and white grapes. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in stainless steel preserve its freshness and authenticity. On the nose, it offers notes of flowers, malt, and gingerbread, along with a pleasant earthy nuance. On the palate, it is vigorous and enveloping, featuring a soft texture and a creamy, expansive finish. An original, food-friendly rosé with an intense yet welcoming personality.
