The Barbaresco of Cascina Roccalini is a full-bodied and very elegant red wine made from Nebbiolo grapes.The color is bright ruby red with a nose that expresses aromas of red fruits, spicy and tertiary aromas. In the mouth it is elegant, deep, very mineral and with tannins present, vigorous but at the same time delicate.

Red wine obtained from a blend of Corvina Veronese, Rondinella and Molinara. The vinification is carried out in steel barrels for about 10-12 days at a controlled temperature and re-fermented on the still warm and sugar-rich Amarone pomace immediately after the Amarone is racked. Aging in oak barrels for about 2-3 years and at least 6 months in the bottle. The color is ruby red tending to garnet with aging. On the nose the aromas are intense, with notes of ripe fruit and berries. Persistent on the palate with hints of vanilla, ripe cherry, tobacco and spices.

"Satyricon" is a red wine of excellent persistence obtained from pure Aglianico grapes.It ages in tonneaux for 12 months on fine lees. It is not clarified or filtered before bottling. The nose releases intense fruity hints in alcohol, spicy and undergrowth. In the mouth it is structured, fresh, with an austere finish and long persistence.

Rosso RS is a wine that comes from a blend of Merlot and Pinolo, which come from vines grown on soils consisting mainly of "ponka", the typical soil of Oslavia and its surroundings, composed of marl, sandstone and limestone which gives local wines a unique texture . Aging in oak barrels for about 3 years before resting 6 months in the bottle. It has a ruby red color with garnet reflections. The nose expresses aromas of ripe red fruits, with notes of spices and coffee. On the palate it is clean, soft, supported by a nice acid shoulder and a long persistence.

The Schioppettino di Ronco Severo is a red wine obtained from the grapes of the same name, a native variety of Friuli. "Le Trame" from podere Le Boncie is a red wine obtained from sangiovese grapes. Aging for 2 years in used wooden barrels of different capacities. The color is intense ruby red. The nose expresses fruity notes, floral notes, spices, animal notes and light earthy sensations. In the mouth it is full, with a tannin to tame but with a nice acidity. Wine to be left to rest to fully appreciate it.
