"Nzemmulla" by Bruno Ferrara Sardo is an intense red wine that comes from pure Nerello Mascalese grapes on the slopes of Etna. It has an intense ruby red color. The nose expresses hints of small red fruits and spicy hints. On the palate it is of good structure, warm and soft, with a finish of excellent persistence. Nzemmula is memory, but not only: it is a wine that expresses its intrinsic characteristic of sharing, its ability to establish and forge relationships. Hence the choice of the name "´nzemmula" which in the local dialect means "together" and wants to be an invitation to the joy and pleasure of sharing.

Liaison is a taut and energetic red wine that tastes of red fruit. It is produced by Enderle & Moll which in a few years have become the reference point for Pinot Noir in Baden. Fermentation is spontaneous and there are no filtrations. Refine 15 months in wood. It is still one of the most compelling Pinots around.

Antelio di Camerlengo is a highly typical red wine made from Aglianico grapes. Refine for 12 months in chestnut barrels. It is intense ruby red in color. The nose is complex of dried flowers, morello cherry, black currant, hints of vanilla, tobacco and licorice. On the palate mineral, broad, soft, with a long and persistent finish.

The Chianti Classico Riserva di Monte Bernardi is an elegant and rich wine, with soft and fine tannins. Obtained from Sangiovese and Canaiolo Nero grapes that come from vineyards over 40 years old located on a soil rich in friable and calcareous schists (Alberese). Fermentation and vinification in cement and stainless steel, aging for 18 months in large barrels.
