Segreto by Cascina Ebreo is an extraordinary powerful and elegant red wine made from red grapes. Aging takes place in oak barrels for 26-30 months. It is bottled without filtration and remains in the bottle at least two years before being put on the market. The glass has a ruby red color with purple reflections. Deep nose where fruity, spicy and menthol notes are released. In the mouth it is warm, enveloping, sturdy with a very long finish. An unforgettable wine.

Berteru Sa Cava de Pulenaria is a red wine produced with 100% Cannonau grapes that come from the vineyard called "Sa Cava de Pulenaria", which is located on granite soils. Giovanni Canonica's Barolo Paiagallo is made from Nebbiolo grapes from the hectare and a half of the Paiagallo vineyard located between 300 and 400 meters above sea level. Refine in concrete and Slavonian oak barrels of 20 hectoliters for at least 2 years. The Paiagallo is pale red with orange shades. Fine and elegant nose of ripe fruit, spicy notes and balsamic accents. In the mouth it is fresh, full, elegant, almost earthy with well integrated tannins. Very long finish. Only 6000 bottles produced.

Amarone di Monte dall'Ora is a powerful and complex red wine obtained from a blend of Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella that come from 50-year old vines still cultivated with the "married vine" system. The refinement takes place in tonneaux of 5 hl of French oak for 4 years and in bottle for 12 months. The nose recalls dried grapes, with hints of cherry, plum and undergrowth, then closing with integral and refined aromas of pepper, spices and balsamic hints. In the mouth it is enveloping , dense and complex, with a very long persistence.

Berteru Sas de Melas is a red wine produced with 100% Cannonau grapes that come from the vineyard called "del Nuraghe Sas de Melas". Aging in steel tanks for nine months. The result is a wine swith an elegant tone with a predominance of red berried fruits, which vary from strawberry to blood orange, to rediscover plum, candied cherry and a touch of pomegranate. Scents of aromatic herbs such as sage emerge which introduce the balsamic note of cloves and juniper berries. A fresh entry, delicate tannins and a body that echoes the red fruit and its pulp, bring attention to intensity and progression. The drink is accompanied by omnipresent salinity.
