Ut Bibendum is a red wine obtained from a blend of Canaiolo, black Malvasia and Pugnitello. The grapes come from old 50-year-old vineyards raised in biodynamic, located at about 160 meters above sea level on soils rich in clay, silt and sand. Spontaneous vinification with 48-hour maceration. Aging in 10 Hl French wood for 4 months and then steel until bottling.
Region: Tuscany.

Alcohol content: 13,5%.
Aging: Some months in oak barrels and then in the bottle.

Podere Casaccia's Sine Felle Vecchie Vigne is a red wine produced from a blend of mostly Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Malvasia Nera, which ferments spontaneously and ages in large oak barrels. A powerful, full and juicy wine, with a pleasantly persistent and silky sip.g.

The Chianti Classico Riserva di Monte Bernardi is an elegant and rich wine, with soft and fine tannins. Obtained from Sangiovese and Canaiolo Nero grapes that come from vineyards over 40 years old located on a soil rich in friable and calcareous schists (Alberese). Fermentation and vinification in cement and stainless steel, aging for 18 months in large barrels.

Grapes: 95% Sangiovese, 5% Canaiolo nero.
Alcohol content: 13%.
Aging: 18 months in barrel.

The Sangiovese Arialdo is a fresh and juicy wine made with Sangiovese grapes that come from organically bred vineyards. Refinement of some months in steel before being bottled. It has a lively ruby red color with purple reflections, vinous with delicate aromas that denote pleasant fragrances of strawberry, cherry and plum. Dry, harmonious, slightly tannic.
