The Rosso Macello of Cantina del Disordine is a wine obtained from red grapes from 2 successive harvests, one early and the other late, left to macerate for a few days. It then refines for 7 months in fiberglass. It is a fragrant, fresh, highly drinkable and very pleasant wine.

One of the new born in the Canlibero family, Supersannios is made from pure local red grapes. The grapes come from vineyards planted years ago by Ennio's father-in-law, and were sold locally. Ennio began to vinify them with a maceration on the skins of about 20 and he refined them for a few months in steel tanks. No filtration or clarification before bottling. Supersannios by the glass has a deep ruby red color with aromas ranging from red berry fruit to spices. The sip is warm, enveloping, juicy and with good length.

On the nose aromas of red fruit, cherries, sour cherries and light spicy notes. In the mouth it is warm, full-bodied, enveloping, with excellent acidity and a quick and pleasant drink. Long finish.
