The Bourgogne Pinot Noir of the Domaine Pierre Morey is an entry red wine to enter the world of red Burgundy vineyards, but still retaining a certain austerity, in perfect style with the imprint of the Domaine.

Aging: On the lees for 8 months in centenary oak barrels.

Sarnin-Berrux's Gevrey-Chambertin is an important red wine of high lineage, son of the climat Aux Crovées. Complex, silky, but masculine with typical village features that recall licorice and spiciness. Deep and enjoyable. Cold maceration of whole bunches before the start of yeast activity, spontaneous fermentation in truncated conical oak vats and aging in used piéces for 12 months.
