Racking, malolactic fermentation and aging on the fine lees in concrete vats for 2 years. A wine of great and very pure expression of this territory, with tannins of good maturity, for a long, but fresh and drinkable finish.

Gueli's "Calcareus" is a full-bodied red wine made from Nero d'Avola grapes. It takes its name from the “Limestone” soils of the Scintilla, rich in calcium, stony and fertile which give the wine great freshness and drinkability.  The refinement takes place for 24-30 months in wooden barrels with a capacity of 220 liters, and then, after bottling, the wine ages for another 6 months in glass. A wine that gives hints of ripe cherry, which are followed by notes of aromatic and balsamic herbs. Morgon Vieilles Vignes is Guy Breton's main wine that comes from Gamay grapes that come from 80-year-old vineyards. Aging in used barriques for at least third passage on the lees for 10 months. The nose gives aromas of cherry, red fruits and smoked mineral puffs.
