Passatella by Giostra is a red wine made from local grapes to which 10% white grapes are added to soften it. A wine of very enjoyable freshness, smooth and pleasantly balanced.

Tagadà is a rosé wine obtained from a blend of all three grapes. The grapes are strictly organic (use in the vineyard only of copper and sulfur) that come from vineyards, about thirty years old at 600 meters high. In the cellar spontaneous fermentations and no additions of any kind, nor sulphites (at any stage of processing and bottling) or other, not even filtering and clarification.

Calgingulo di Giostra is a red wine obtained from a blend of local red and white grapes which ages for a few months in steel. A drinkable red, the grapes were destemmed by hand together and left to macerate for 8 days together. A terroir wine, perfect for those looking for authentic, typical and characteristic flavours.

Logorroico by Il Torchio company is a red wine that comes from a blend of red grapes. Fermentations take place spontaneously in open tubs and in whole clusters for each of the varieties. We then proceed to the assembly of the wine, which does not undergo alterations such as clarification or filtration. The refinement takes place for a few months in oak barrels. The nose reveals notes of wild berries, Mediterranean herbs, floral notes. On the palate it is fresh, straightforward, and of great expressiveness.
