Pierre Frick's Pinot Noir Strangenberg is a red wine which on the nose develops interesting aromas of red berry fruit including black cherry and blackberry, mineral and spicy hints. The mouth is warm and rich, supported by tannins, and a beautiful freshness with flavors of spices, incense, cassis and with a long finish of black cherry. 

Region: Francia, Alsazia.

Grapes: Pinot Noir.

Aging: Some months in old oak barrels of over 80 years.

100% Pinot Noir from old vines located on sandy, clayey-limestone soils. Vinification with short maceration then refinement for about 9 months in wooden vats on the lees. obviously Bruno bottles his wine without filtration and without sulfur. A wine that offers floral and fruity notes, and on the palate, good balance and acidity that supports it.

The Domaine Pierre Frick with its Pinot Noir Stein is confirmed as an indispensable point of reference on the Alsatian landscape. The place called Stein, which in German means stone and defines the stony ground of this place, is located at the top of the Bollenberg hill. After a 3-week maceration, it ages in 225-liter Burgundy oak barrels for about 18 months. It exhibits a floral, delicate, very free nose. The mouth is full, juicy, straight, mineral, fruity, defined. A great Pinot noir, in exemplary balance, lymphatic and mature. And what's more, interminable.

Alsace Pinot Noir by Binner is a red wine made from grapes of the same name that come from a vineyard managed in biodynamic. Refine on the fine lees for 11 months in oak barrels. The nose reveals hints of red fruit, spicy and floral notes. On the palate it is soft, warm, with fine and elegant tannins, and good acidity and flavor. Closes on fruity notes.
