The "Ghiaretolo" of Santa Caterina is a red wine with good structure, fruity and enveloping obtained from Merlot grapes. After fermentation in steel tanks, the wine matures for about a year in old 350-liter tonneaux, before being bottled. On the nose aromas of red fruit, small berries and woody notes. On the palate it has body and structure, with fine tannins, and a pleasant freshness. The finish is persistent.t.

Giuseppe Cortese's Barbaresco Rabajà is a wine made from Nebbiolo grapes that come from the famous Rabajà vineyard, four hectares facing south, south-west. Spontaneous vinification and aging for 20/22 months in Slavonian oak barrels ranging in size from 17 to 25 hectoliters. A garnet red wine. On the nose, ethereal, pleasant and intense aromas with details of strawberry and raspberry that evolve into hints of spice, leather and undergrowth with aging. On the palate the flavor is dry, warm, full and robust with a rich and harmonious structure.

The "Pure Blood" is the last creature of Lugi Tecce, a powerful and complex red wine made from pure Aglianico grapes. It is a wine with an intense ruby red color. The nose is complex of ripe fruit with dark flesh, fruit in alcohol and spicy notes. The mouth is structured, enveloping with a very long finish.

Janus by Marco Merli is obtained with Sangiovese grapes that grow on clayey-gravelly soils. It ages for six months in French oak barrels and two months in the bottle. It is ruby red in color with aromas of red fruit and light spiciness. In the mouth it is enveloping, fresh, lively with good drink.
