Rosmarinus' Rossese di Dolceacqua Alpicella is a fine and delicate wine that is produced with the grapes of the same name. The grapes come from a small parcel cultivated in biodynamic which is located near Alpicella. After manual harvesting, in the cellar the fermentation is spontaneous with only indigenous yeasts and without temperature control, with maceration on the skins for about 15 days.
