Sketta by Cantina Marilina is a white wine obtained from grapes of Grecanico in purity with the ancestral method. The name means, in Sicilian dialect, young lady, single, today better known as single. The grapes come from vineyards located on the white calcareous soils of the Val di Noto, which give the wines beautiful structures and allow for longer refinements. Spontaneous vinification in concrete tanks and aging for 6 months in the same tanks and then in the bottle for 3 months.

"Nzemmulla" by Bruno Ferrara Sardo is an intense red wine that comes from pure Nerello Mascalese grapes on the slopes of Etna. It has an intense ruby red color. The nose expresses hints of small red fruits and spicy hints. On the palate it is of good structure, warm and soft, with a finish of excellent persistence. Nzemmula is memory, but not only: it is a wine that expresses its intrinsic characteristic of sharing, its ability to establish and forge relationships. “P21” by Criante is a Perricone-based red wine. 6 days of maceration on the skins, spontaneous fermentation and subsequent aging on the fine lees for 8 months. It closes on the fruit, also excellent persistence..

Nero d'Avola by Nino Barraco is a soft and complex red wine obtained from the grapes of the same name which ages for 10 months in steel. It has a lively ruby red color, with notes of black mulberry, blackberry, cocoa, black pepper and an elegant hint of star anise and caper. In the mouth it is warm, soft, enveloping, with strong tannins and a marked flavor.

The Rosso di contrada by Marabino is a wine that is an expression of the territory, with sweet tannins and good freshness. Produced from Nero d'Avola grapes coming from different vineyards: Coniglio, Lenza Lungo, Conca and Parrino, each characterized by different types of soil, exposure and slopes. To better understand the potential of each individual vineyard, each parcel is vinified and aged separately.
