The Bourgogne Pinot Noir De l'Aube a l'Aube by Domaine Maryse Chatelain is a wine that on the nose offers aromas of red fruits followed by spicy and earthy notes. The sip is dense and rich, supported by pure tannin and a lot of freshness that makes the sip pleasant and drinkable. Vinification with spontaneous fermentation carried out in barrique with 10 days of maceration and a subsequent refinement of 18 months in new 600 liter barrels. Bottled by gravity, it is unfiltered and no sulfur is used.

The nose shows spicy and floral notes, pleasant red cherry fruits. At the sip it has a good explosion of fruit, with a nice freshness and body.
