The Etcetera, Etcetera by Momento Mori is a red wine composed of a blend of about 14 red and white grapes. As each variety is harvested and brought to the cellar, it is fermented and added to that of the day before in order to have a perpetual fermentation. A savory, fresh, energetic and very complex wine. Drink it fresh!
Region: Australia, Victoria
Grapes: 50% between Pinot Noir and Syrah; other 50% consisting of about 14 white grape varieties.
Alcohol content: 12%.
Aging: Partly in old exhausted wooden barrels, partly in steel.

"Noir de Florette" is a fresh and light red wine that comes from Adelaide Hill, and is produced with 100% Pinot Nero grapes. It has a ruby red color. The nose offers aromas of raspberries, spicy and earthy notes.
