The Chianti Classico Riserva di Monte Bernardi is an elegant and rich wine, with soft and fine tannins. Obtained from Sangiovese and Canaiolo Nero grapes that come from vineyards over 40 years old located on a soil rich in friable and calcareous schists (Alberese). Fermentation and vinification in cement and stainless steel, aging for 18 months in large barrels.

Retromarcia is a red wine made from 100% Sangiovese grapes that come from vineyards consisting of Galestro, limestone and sandstone. With the name Retromarcia, the Schmelzer family wants to underline a return to the natural elegance and charm of Sangiovese.
