Torrette di La Source is a red wine made from Petit Rouge and Vien de Nus grapes that come from the Saint-Pierre vineyard, planted in 1991 on a soil of sandy origin. The refinement takes place on the fine lees partly in steel and partly in wood to favor maturation and increase the complexity of flavor and aroma. A wine that on the nose gives intense hints of red berry fruit, violets and plums, and spicy notes. In the mouth it is structured and full-bodied, enveloping, dry and pleasant with a slightly spicy finish.

The Cornalin by La Sorce is a red wine obtained from the homonymous native vine whose grapes come from the Saint-Pierre vineyard located on soils of moraine-sandy origin. The grapes after destemming are fermented in steel tanks with a maceration of about 8-10 days. After racking the Cornalin ages in the same tanks and 6 months in the bottle before being put on the market. A wine that on the nose gives intense and delicate aromas of red fruit with light spicy notes. On the palate it is dry, fresh, with a finish of small red berries that make it pleasant and ready to drink.
