Il Mille is a red wine obtained from a blend of Pallagrello Nero, Aglianico e Piedirosso. The grapes come from biodynamic vineyards that are located on volcanic soils. The vinification is spontaneous with only indigenous yeasts and the refinement takes place in concrete tanks. It does not undergo either clarification or filtration before being bottled. Il Mille has an intense ruby red color. The nose gives us intense aromas of pink fruit with notes of blackberry and floral and spicy touches. On the palate it is of medium intensity, soft with nice freshness and good persistence.

Crozes-Hermitage is made from 100% Syrah grapes. Maceration on the skins for 20 days. After racking, it refines for 10 months in 500 liter spent barrels. The nose hints of red fruit, cherry, with hints of tobacco, taggiasca pate, black pepper and floral. In the mouth it is elegant and slender, soft tannins with beautiful freshness.

Alsace Pinot Noir by Binner is a red wine made from grapes of the same name that come from a vineyard managed in biodynamic. Refine on the fine lees for 11 months in oak barrels. The nose reveals hints of red fruit, spicy and floral notes. On the palate it is soft, warm, with fine and elegant tannins, and good acidity and flavor. Closes on fruity notes.

Sgarzon is a red wine made from Teroldego grapes which ages in amphora for eight months. The intense aromas on the nose are reminiscent of red berry fruit, with spicy and mineral notes. Principiano's Dolcetto d'Alba is a red wine that gives the nose hints of fresh fruit such as squeezed blueberry, cherry, small red fruits and a spicy finish.
