TThe Pinot Noir of Podere Aia Vecchia is an elegant and gentle wine that comes from pure Pinot Noir grapes, which come from a single plot of half a hectare in the heart of the woods above Massa Marittima. The winemaking takes place with a maceration on the skins in limestone vats specially built by Fabrizio using the rocks of the land where the vines reside, and the refinement takes place in demijohns. Low yields, a lot of passion in the vineyard, make this pinot noir an elegant and timeless wine, ideal for all informal occasions.
