Red wine obtained from a blend of Corvina Veronese, Rondinella and Molinara which come from vineyards located in Valgatara in the heart of Valpolicella with a very varied, calcareous soil rich in skeleton and well drained. The vinification is carried out in steel barrels for about 10-12 days at a controlled temperature. Aging in steel tanks for about 1-2 years and at least 3 months in the bottle. The color is ruby red with violet reflections of the right body, with the scent of red currant and raspberries, harmonious and velvety fresh in the mouth with hints of fresh fruit.

Vin de France "Planquette" is a red wine obtained from the classic Bordeaux blend, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Petit Verdot. Aging in barrique for 12 months. No clarification and only a mild filtration before bottling. The nose recognizes the red pulp fruit, with hints of raspberry, and cherry, enriched by notes of tobacco, leather and mocha. Regnie di Guy Breton is a red wine made from 100% Gamay grapes that come from vineyards planted by Guy Breton's grandfather.
