Toseo di La Ricolla is a fresh red wine that comes from a blend of Cigliegiolo and Sangiovese. Spontaneous fermentation and maceration on the skins for 14 days in stainless steel vats. Aging in the same containers with frequent battonage for 10 months. A no-nonsense and extremely versatile wine. Tasty and sincere, in the mouth it is a real explosion of fruit. Crunchy and very drinkable, a wine with gentle tannins that is at the service of the meal.

Rosmarinus' Rossese di Dolceacqua Alpicella is a fine and delicate wine that is produced with the grapes of the same name. The grapes come from a small parcel cultivated in biodynamic which is located near Alpicella. After manual harvesting, in the cellar the fermentation is spontaneous with only indigenous yeasts and without temperature control, with maceration on the skins for about 15 days. After racking, it ages in steel for 12 months. Elegant. A wine that tastes of aromatic herbs, orange peel and brackish memories.

Felcerossso di La felce is a fresh and immediate wine made from red grapes from vines with an average age of 35 years. After the manual harvest, fermentation in the cellar is spontaneous in steel containers with maceration on the skins for 5 days. Refinement takes place in the same containers. FelceRosso is a ruby red wine with a fruity and vinous nose. In the mouth it is sapid, fleshy with soft tannins.
