C'est les dindons qui font glouglou is a 100% Pinot noir. Manual destemming, maceration for 25 days, aging on the lees for 9 months in stoneware eggs. No sulfites, no filtration or anything! Raspberry, strawberry, cinnamon on the nose. On the palate it is very mineral, fresh, a bomb of red fruits.

Jalava by Le Temps des Cerises is a light and delicately fruity red wine based on cinsault, obtained with a 10-day carbonic maceration.
