Refine on the fine lees in used Burgundian barrels of 228 liters. Ruby red in color with aromas of red fruit reminiscent of strawberry, red currant, bay leaf, lavender and rosemary. Cirsium is a red wine made from Cesanese di Affile grapes that come from a vineyard of about 1 hectare, planted in 1953 and cultivated with sapling. Aging in French oak barrels for about 18 months. After bottling it rests for at least 2 years. It has a ruby ​​red color with garnet hues. The bouquet on the nose is elegant, with hints of cherry, wild berries and tobacco. In the mouth the touch is silky, fine with a long finish.
