The Etcetera, Etcetera by Momento Mori is a red wine composed of a blend of about 14 red and white grapes. As each variety is harvested and brought to the cellar, it is fermented and added to that of the day before in order to have a perpetual fermentation. A savory, fresh, energetic and very complex wine. Drink it fresh!

Hey! A dernier Côt? by Barbara Lebled is a fresh and fruity red wine, which comes from the Loire. It is produced with Côt grapes, as the malbec vine is called in the Loire Valley, which come from vines planted in the 1980s. Vinified with whole bunch carbonic maceration for 25 days in steel.
