The Vin de France Gamay by François Dumas is a structured and substantial red wine as in the style of Francois. Obtained from the homonymous grapes that grow on soils rich in granite, quartz and sand. Aging for 22 months in old barriques before bottling. A wine with aromas of red fruit and tannins present, to be drunk immediately or to be kept in the cellar for a few more years, to taste it in a more advanced version.

Vincent and Manu only produce a few barriques of this cuvée because making a great Syrah is an exciting race for them.
