CClau de Nell's Anjou Cabernet Franc is a vibrant red wine with a good tannic texture. Himmel auf Erden by Christian Tschida is a red wine that comes from a blend of Zweigelt and Cabernet Sauvignon. Boca by Cantine del Castello Conti is obtained from a blend of three types of grapes: Nebbiolo, Vespolina and Uva Rara. Aging in wooden barrels for 36 months and, in the bottle, another 12 months. The "Nebbia in Valle" is a fine and elegant red wine produced with Nebbiolo grapes with a balance of local vines that come from vines aged between 10 and 90 years. After harvesting the grapes by hand, fermentation occurs spontaneously in a concrete tank. Stabilization is natural. Refine in large barrels before being bottled after 4 or 5 years after the harvest without any filtration. A wine that has a ruby red color with orange reflections. The nose reveals a complex bouquet of flowers and red fruit, followed by spicy notes. The taste is full-bodied, tannic with a sweet aftertaste.

Amarone di Aldrighetti is a splendid wine obtained from a blend of Corvina Veronese, Rondinella and Molinara which come from vineyards located in Valgatara in the heart of Valpolicella with a very varied, calcareous soil rich in skeleton and well drained. Aging in oak barrels for about 3/4 years and at least 6 months in the bottle. Wide on the nose, with fresh and decisive aromas of red fruits such as blackberry and cherry, spicy tones reminiscent of chocolate and toasting and sweet notes of vanilla. In the mouth it is warm, balanced, persistent, soft tannins, with hints of leather, liqueur and notes of withering on the finish is an intense ruby red color.
