Red wine obtained from a blend of Corvina Veronese, Rondinella and Molinara which come from vineyards located in Valgatara in the heart of Valpolicella with a very varied, calcareous soil rich in skeleton and well drained. The vinification is carried out in steel barrels for about 10-12 days at a controlled temperature. Aging in steel tanks for about 1-2 years and at least 3 months in the bottle. The color is ruby red with violet reflections of the right body, with the scent of red currant and raspberries, harmonious and velvety fresh in the mouth with hints of fresh fruit.

The Valpolicella Classico Superiore Persegà by Antolini is a red wine produced from Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella grapes, which ages in old oak barrels for 12 months. Aging for 4 months in small second / third passage wooden barrels and further refinement in the bottle before being put on the market. The color is ruby red with intense aromas of ripe fruit and spicy hints. In the mouth it is warm, fresh, with delicate tannins and a long fruity finish.
