Maturation in cement. Medium concentration ruby, aromas of flowers and red fruits, not without some herbaceous and balsamic hints. Juicy and tasty mouth, harmonious but with good backbone and shoulder.

Andrea Pilar's Syrah is a red wine with dark but sweet tones like a summer night, ready to captivate to give freedom. Spontaneous fermentation in steel containers and maceration for no more than 10 days; malolactic fermentation carried out in large truncated cone French oak barrels of various passages (almost exhausted) mixing the noble lees. Maturation in large barrels for at least 8-10 months. Bottling with a minimal addition of sulphur. Dark ruby wine with violet reflections, it has aromas of dark fruit then balsamic and spicy. Tight yet slender mouth, complex and with intriguing reverberations of black pepper.

The Merlo Nero di Collecapretta is a wine that is produced from Merlot grapes. Fermentation in open vats with its own yeasts for 6 days and refinement in fiberglass for 8 months. Aromas of blackberry and sweet spices on the nose and notes of humus, wet earth and dry leaves. In the mouth it is rich and fat but the tannic presence and acidity preserve elegance and poise. The finish is of coffee and currants.

Campo di Raina is a red wine obtained from the homonymous grapes coming from the Di Campo Raina vineyard. Aging for 14 months in 5 hl French tonneaux, 6 months in stainless steel and finally 6 months in bottle before being put on the market. The nose expresses notes of red fruit where blackberry, currant, black cherry jam and spicy hints are recognized. In the mouth it is warm, robust, enveloping with impetuous tannins at a young age that will become fine with the passage of time, a persistent finish with fruity hints. Is of a deep ruby red color. The Forestiero di Collecapretta is a powerful and elegant red wine that comes from pure Sagrantino grapes. A handful of bunches that are harvested by hand and spontaneously vinified in open vats with maceration on the skins for 6 days. It refines in fiberglass and is bottled with the waning moon without filtering and adding sulfur. A wine where floral, fruity notes of truffle herbs, cocoa and oriental spices emerge on the nose. On the palate the tannins are very fine. Very elegant wine!

Le Campette by Raina is a balanced and vibrant red wine made from a blend of Merlot, Sagrantino, Sangiovese. It is presented in a ruby red glass. Lautazio is a red wine made from Ciliegiolo grapes that ages in glass-cement containers for the whole winter and undergoes the first racking with the waning February moon.
