The SA di Ser’Enzo is born from the silence of the hills and the patience of the earth. It's a wine that's in no hurry to reveal itself, but when it does, it speaks with a deep and confident voice. In the glass, it releases intense aromas of ripe black berries, fresh flowers, and a subtle energy that vibrates beneath the surface. On the palate, it's lively and decisive, permeated by the authentic strength of Sangiovese, intertwined with the warmth of the earth from which it comes. There's strength and grace, tension and softness, in a balance that slowly leads to a long, deep, almost meditative finish. It's the result of a conscious agricultural approach, of respectful workmanship, capable of transforming the fruit into a story, and the land into memory.

The grapes are harvested late to obtain maximum ripeness. Fermented in concrete tanks with 20% of whole bunches.
