COS's Frappato is a wine that authentically expresses the terroir of Vittoria (Sicily). Produced from old vines on red soil, it ferments spontaneously in stainless steel and ages for 12 months in cement. With a luminous ruby red color, the nose offers delicate aromas of violet, cherry, and small red fruits. On the palate, it is fresh, vibrant, and dynamic. Produced in just 50,000 bottles, it is a red with great personality that combines elegance and immediacy.
