Vin de France Syrah by François Dumas is a red wine obtained from the grapes of the same name that grow on soils rich in granite, quartz and sand. The vinification takes place with 70% of the whole bunches while the rest is de-stemmed by hand. Fermentation with maceration on the skins for 3 weeks in open vats. Aging for 22 months in old barriques before bottling.

Hommage à Robert is a juicy and fragrant red wine made from a blend of Merlot and Gamay. Wine is the first entirely natural cuvée produced by Gillles Azzoni, dedicated to his mentor Robert, who passed away in 2000. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with the semi-carbonic maceration method. no sulfur dioxide addition. Hommage à Robert offers aromas of red fruits with hints of undergrowth and spices. On the sip it is lively, fresh and very drinkable.

Domaine Charvin's Châteauneuf du Pape rouge is a powerful, concentrated and at the same time extremely enjoyable red. It is produced with a prevalence of Grenache grapes combined with smaller percentages of Syrah, Vaccarese and Counoise. Aging 100% in cement for 21 months.

The Syrah of Domaine des Miquettes is a fruity and highly drinkable red wine made from the grapes of the same name. The Domaine is managed by Paul Estève and Chystelle Vareille, who after having traveled to Georgia were inspired to use amphorae. Obtained from the homonymous grapes that grow on soils rich in granite, quartz and sand. Aging for 22 months in old barriques before bottling. A wine with aromas of red fruit and tannins present, to be drunk immediately or to be kept in the cellar for a few more years, to taste it in a more advanced version.
