The Poggio Rosso wine is a fresh and persistent wine made from red grapes. Spontaneously fermented in steel containers and aged in large barrels for 12 months. Torre Rosso is obtained with the classic Umbrian grapes such as Gamay del Trasimeno, Canaiolo and Ciliegiolo. It is refined in steel tanks and after two decanting of clarification respecting the phases of the moon, it is bottled without adding sulfur. The nose offers a nice olfactory bouquet, mainly composed of fruity memories, among which the hints of cherry and plum stand out. The taste is fresh and smooth, medium-bodied and persistent.

Ottavio is a rustic and pleasant red wine produced with red grapes. Fermentation is spontaneous with only indigenous yeasts with maceration on the skins for a week in steel and cement containers. Bottled the following spring without use, sulfur dioxide is added or filtered. Ottavio has a pale ruby red color with floral and spicy aromas typical of Grignolino. On the palate it is fresh, pleasant, with light tannins and great drinkability.

One of the new born in the Canlibero family, Supersannios is made from pure local red grapes. The grapes come from vineyards planted years ago by Ennio's father-in-law, and were sold locally. Ennio began to vinify them with a maceration on the skins of about 20 and he refined them for a few months in steel tanks. No filtration or clarification before bottling. Supersannios by the glass has a deep ruby red color with aromas ranging from red berry fruit to spices. The sip is warm, enveloping, juicy and with good length.

Vin de France Granite by Michel Guignier is an elegant and complex red wine made from Gamay grapes grown in the splendid vineyards near Michel's house, which are located in the Morgon appellation, characterized by soils of decomposed granite and friable shales defined at the regional level like "rotten rock". This wine was fermented in cement tanks using whole bunches and, after pressing, using a vertical wooden press that slowly and gently presses the grapes, it is transferred to large and old wooden barrels with a capacity of between 20 hectoliters and 37 hectoliters.

"Nzemmulla" by Bruno Ferrara Sardo is an intense red wine that comes from pure Nerello Mascalese grapes on the slopes of Etna. It has an intense ruby red color. The nose expresses hints of small red fruits and spicy hints. On the palate it is of good structure, warm and soft, with a finish of excellent persistence. Nzemmula is memory, but not only: it is a wine that expresses its intrinsic characteristic of sharing, its ability to establish and forge relationships.
