Bourgogne Coulanges la Vineuse Rouge by Vini Viti Vinci is a wine made from Pinot Noir grapes. The reds of this Appellation are characterized by their great softness, finesse. The grapes come from vines grown on limestone and clayey soils. After manual harvesting they are fermented whole with the carbonic maceration technique. Aging in barrique. It is bottled without filtration or clarification, and with a small addition of sulfur. Irancy Coulanges la Vineuse rouge is a deep and bright ruby red color with aromas that recall raspberry, violet and sweet spices.
