Vin de France Syrah by François Dumas is a red wine obtained from the grapes of the same name that grow on soils rich in granite, quartz and sand. The vinification takes place with 70% of the whole bunches while the rest is de-stemmed by hand. Fermentation with maceration on the skins for 3 weeks in open vats. Aging for 22 months in old barriques before bottling.

Fusion by Domaine No Control is an explosive and energetic wine named after Vincent's favorite musical style for its mix of hip-hop and energetic rock. Like the musical style, the wine comes from the "fusion" of Gamay d'Auvergne and Gamay del Beaujolais. Spontaneous fermentation with whole cluster maceration for three weeks. Refine according to availability; in wood, stainless steel, or in concrete tanks.

The Syrah of Domaine des Miquettes is a fruity and highly drinkable red wine made from the grapes of the same name. The Domaine is managed by Paul Estève and Chystelle Vareille, who after having traveled to Georgia were inspired to use amphorae. Syrah lro spontaneously vinifies with a six-month maceration on the skins and another six months of maturation in amphorae. Unfiltered and without added sulphites. Around 4,000 bottles per year

The Chat Fou is a fresh and juicy wine that comes from a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Carignan red grapes with a small percentage of a white berry variety, Cinsault. It has a ruby red color. On the nose, aromas of currant jelly, raspberry, with a slightly spicy touch. On the palate it is complex, elegant and surprisingly long.

The Sirah de l'Ardèche is a red wine produced with Syrah grapes, the main grape variety in the northern Rhone area. The vines are grown according to the dictates of biodynamics. The Vin de France Gamay by François Dumas is a structured and substantial red wine as in the style of Francois. Obtained from the homonymous grapes that grow on soils rich in granite, quartz and sand. Aging for 22 months in old barriques before bottling. A wine with aromas of red fruit and tannins present, to be drunk immediately or to be kept in the cellar for a few more years, to taste it in a more advanced version.
