The Langhe Dolcetto by Giuseppe Cortese is a highly drinkable red wine with an elegant and clean profile. Refines for 6 months in steel. The nose is pleasantly fruity and intense, with hints of cherry and violet. On the palate it is elegant and velvety, with beautiful harmony, purity and lightness.

Principiano's Nebbiolo is a juicy red wine with a great drink obtained from the homonymous grapes. It has a ruby red color. The nose offers vinous and fruity notes, in which even more woody touches are inserted. In the mouth it is medium bodied, fresh, elegant with a balanced finish.

Dolcetto by Cavallotto is a red wine obtained from the homonymous grapes from the Scott vineyard. It is traditionally vinified with natural yeasts and aged in concrete tanks for 6/8 months. Ruby red color, the nose has characteristic aromas of red fruit with a marked cherry and a slight background of floral bouquet. In the mouth the general structure and softness are good.
